Dispatch audio is available to all users and we also provide computer generated voice-to-text call transcripts for all Fire Department dispatches, however the voice-to-text transcripts for Police calls is restricted to Facebook Subscribers only.
This is for a few different reasons, the first being that Subscribers help cover our costs, and transcription is one of our highest costs. Another is that we consider our Subscribers to be advanced users who understand that the transcripts can contain a lot of errors and that they must review the actual audio for accuracy. We have far too often seen our transcripts posted on other pages without our “errors likely” disclaimer, and this can cause the spreading of inaccurate information. Basically, we expect our Subscribers to “know better”, because they truly understand how our system works, know how to interpret it, and won’t spread inaccurate information.
Below are links to the Facebook Subscriber Pages for the counties that we cover. While we certainly won’t complain if you subscribe to more than one county, your subscription will grant you access to all of our restricted transcripts, so if for instance, you Subscribe to our Broome County Page, your password will not only unlock Broome Police Transcripts, it will unlock Susquehanna County Transcripts as well.

We generally add new subscribers to the system within 24 hours of signing up. Once added, simply enter your e-mail address (the one you registered with Facebook) when prompted to unlock the transcripts.
